We Build Your Path Together

For Parents

By the time most families find their way to me, they're already lost in the woods.

Some days you can just make out a path through the trees. Other days they're too dense to see two feet in front of you. Either way, you don't have to find your own way through it alone.

I don't hand you a map and walk away. We figure out the changes you actually want to make, then build the path together, one real step at a time — forward, sideways, sometimes one step back. As long as we're still moving in the direction you want to go, that counts as progress.

My Approach

A Blending of Evidence-Based Practices

Grounded in Peer Recovery/Support Specialist principles, brain-based parenting, trauma-informed parenting, and DBT-influenced skill building.

Peer Support Specialist principles: lived experience paired with real training, so you're getting a peer who's walked through it, not just studied it.

Understanding how trauma reshapes a child's nervous system, so we respond to what's actually driving the behavior instead of punishing the behavior itself.

Working with how your child's brain develops and reacts under stress, not against it, so the strategies actually match what's happening in their head.

Practical, evidence-based skills for handling big emotions and hard moments in the room, borrowed from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and adapted for parents and kids.

What I Offer

1:1 Sessions

Available now

Individual, one-on-one support. Same peer approach, paced to you, whether you're in the middle of a specific crisis, working through a diagnosis, or just need a steady person to talk things through with regularly.

  • $40/hour · sliding scale available ($25–30/hr); ask if cost is a barrier
  • Weekly, ongoing
  • Booked directly through Cal.com

Weekly Group

Available now

An open, drop-in group. No application, no commitment to a series: just show up with what's actually going on. Hearing other parents say the quiet part out loud is part of what makes this work.

  • $20/seat
  • Virtual, one session a week
  • A new topic each week, grounded in real experience, not a fixed curriculum

We need 5 participants to start. Dates and times flexible per group preference.

Live Q&As

Coming soon

Submit a question ahead of time, get a direct, real answer in a live session — a faster, more direct format than the group.

  • $20/seat
  • Launching as the weekly group gets going; check back or ask when booking a call

Cohorts (6-Week Series)

Coming soon

A committed, six-week deep-dive on one specific topic (behavior, co-parenting, anxiety, de-escalation, and others) with the same small group of parents the whole way through.

  • $400/seat for the full series
  • Launching once there's a full cohort ready to go; ask about the current waitlist

Sliding scale:Cost should never be the reason a parent doesn't get support. Ask about sliding-scale availability for any of the above.

If any of this sounds like your house, start here. An intro call is thirty minutes. You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right kind of help, and if I'm not, I'll point you toward what is. No pitch.
